HERPASA is a company specializing in the manufacture of stainless steel tank storage – both in-factory and on-site – and in the execution of turnkey projects in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Our vision, oriented towards providing comprehensive service to our clients, has led us to develop our own engineering, to carry out process installations and complete plants for various industrial sectors.
Internationalization
HERPASA has always had the human and technical resources to install its tanks outside of Spain and carry out on-site works for our traditional clients, even outside the European continent. Since 2003, we have committed to an even more robust internationalization policy with the development of a network of representatives and local partners in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and North America, which has allowed us to complete projects in more than 30 countries today.

Our company owns two registered brands: HERPASA®, a brand with which we undertake all types of projects, such as on-site works or turnkey installations; and TANKINOX®, which is our specific brand for tank storage.

Characteristics of our production processes:
- In-depth development of detailed production plans, containing HERPASA standards that guarantee medium and fine boiler-making quality and finishes.
- High-penetration automatic welding. More than 50 welding procedures (in different welding processes: GTAW, GMAW, SMAW) and a portfolio of more than 80 certified welders in the different welding processes.
- Specific construction system for cooling or heating, achieving constant optimization of product temperature. We have six different cooling or heating systems depending on temperature, pressure, or design, always maintaining control of the process temperature to be followed.
