Tanks designed for the red wine fermentation process, incorporating cooling/heating jackets (depending on the cooling surface required for each tank).
They are manufactured in different diameters, depending on the customer’s needs.
Features
- Thicknesses will be determined by the design code used (AD Merkblätter, API, CODAP, etc.) and by the dimensions of the tank itself.
- Diameters of up to 4.8 m can be manufactured in the workshop; beyond this size, they are constructed ON SITE.
- Accessories may vary depending on the use of the tank and the product for which it is intended. In addition to common accessories, we offer specific ones for red wine fermentation tanks, such as valves (pump-over and partial outlet), suction and discharge with pump-over pumps, removable drainage grids, punch-down systems for breaking and submerging the cap, cooling jacket manifolds complete with traps and solenoid valves, typical fermentation accessories and metal skids, and electrical panels for automated control of temperature, suction/discharge, and cleaning.
