Line consisting of olein tanks, decanters, acidic water tanks, and tanks for bottoms, pastes, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, tricanter water, and oleins for the tricanter.
Each unit is designed for the specific work to be carried out, with most of them heated and insulated. Process temperatures range from 180°C to 45°C. The purpose of this plant is to transform pastes from the refining of vegetable oils into oleins.
