Scope:
This is a turnkey project that encompasses everything from the construction of the metal structure of the facility of approximately 4,500 m², to the implementation of the entire production process and all the services necessary for operation.
The process includes the following phases:
- Reception of raw materials.
- Dumping of apples into containers.
- Washing.
- Filtering.
- Selection.
- Transport of the product for the next process.
- pH correction.
- Enzymatic inactivation.
- Storage of the product before feeding the packaging machine.
- Packaging.
- Autoclave sterilization.
