Cleaning Equipment (CIP)

Set of small-sized tanks exclusively developed for

cleaning in chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes. They are designed not only for tank cleaning, but also for cleaning the whole network of pipes, valves, pumps, etc.

Sometimes, a final stage of sterilization is required, especially in the pharmaceutical sector. In this case, automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems, correctly selected and designed according to the facility needs, guarantee controlled cleaning and/or sterilisation and optimum performance, without having to disassemble the equipment or the installation.

• Diameters can be customised and can vary between 650 - 4,500 mm.
• The tank length will vary depending on the number of wall rings and its dimensions (1,000 - 1,250 - 1,500 mm).
