We offer fully automated vinegar filling and packaging lines, from the bottle blow moulding process and other necessary elements to the bottling of the product.

Our vinegar bottling lines include the following processes:

Bottle manufacturing

The process starts with a blowing machine that makes the bottles to be filled, including the following phases:

Preform loading system with an air blow system.
Preform heating system with efficient automatic temperature control.
Stretch blow moulding.
Automatic bottle extraction with the removal of non-conformities.

Vinegar Packaging

Once the bottles are manufactured, the automatic packaging process begins, which is controlled by a PLC:

24 Head rotary filling machine.
8 Head bottle capping machine.
8 Head labeling system.
Filled bottle conveyor system.
Bottle labeling system.
